Valtier Global Private Limited

Applied AI, built to the standard your board expects.

We design, build and deploy production AI systems for companies in the United States and United Kingdom — the strategic rigour of a consultancy, the delivery discipline of an engineering firm, from a team based in India.

/ The gap

The market underserves everyone between enterprise and freelance.

Global consultancies

Genuine strategic depth, priced and structured for the largest enterprises. Engagements are slow to start and over-engineered for a company that needs to ship this quarter.

Large IT services firms

Built around long enterprise contracts and high minimums. Reliable at scale, but rarely agile enough for focused transformation work.

Freelance marketplaces

Solve for cost and speed of start. They do not solve for strategy, accountability, continuity, or what happens after the contractor leaves.

Valtier occupies the space between them: senior-level thinking, a named team that stays with the work, and pricing that reflects an Indian cost base rather than a Manhattan one.

/ Capabilities

Six practices. One delivery standard.

Each practice exists because it recurs in the transformation work our clients need. We would rather do six things to a defensible standard than list twenty.

  • 01

    AI Automation Consulting

We map where judgement-heavy, repetitive work sits inside your operation, then automate the parts that are safe to automate and instrument the rest.

  • 02

    Custom AI / ML Development

Production systems, not prototypes — retrieval pipelines, agents, fine-tuned and evaluated models, shipped into your existing stack.

  • 03

    Digital Transformation Advisory

For leadership teams that need a defensible sequence rather than a list of tools. We produce the roadmap and stay accountable to it.

  • 04

    Systems Implementation & Integration

Connecting the platforms you already pay for so data moves cleanly and AI has something reliable to work with.

  • 05

    Data Analytics & Decision Systems

Turning scattered operational data into decision surfaces leadership actually opens on a Monday morning.

  • 06

    AI-Powered Growth Engineering

Applied AI across acquisition and retention for consumer and e-commerce brands — personalisation, lifecycle and creative operations.

/ How we work

Four commitments we will put in the contract.

A new firm cannot ask to be trusted on reputation. It can be judged on the terms it is willing to commit to in writing.

  1. 01

    AI-accelerated delivery

Our own tooling compresses discovery, documentation and build cycles. The saving goes to you as a shorter timeline, not to us as a wider margin.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price, outcome-scoped

We quote against a defined outcome and a written scope. You are never billed for our learning curve, and a change of scope is a conversation before it is an invoice.

  3. 03

    Proprietary playbooks

Recurring transformation problems are solved once, then codified. Every engagement starts from an existing framework rather than a blank page.

  4. 04

    Tooling you keep

The assistants, pipelines and evaluation suites we build during an engagement are handed over with source and documentation. No hostage architecture.

/ Engagement models

Five ways to start.

Scope, duration and deliverables are agreed before work begins. Pricing is quoted against your specific scope — we do not publish rate cards, because we do not quote before we understand the problem.

AI Opportunity Assessment

2–3 weeks

A structured review of where AI creates defensible value in your operation — and, just as usefully, where it does not.

  • Prioritised opportunity register
  • Feasibility and risk assessment
  • Executive readout

Transformation Roadmap

4–6 weeks

The sequenced plan: what gets built, in what order, by whom, against what budget and which decision gates.

  • 12-month roadmap
  • Architecture and data strategy
  • Build-versus-buy recommendations

Build Engagement

2–4 months

A dedicated team designing, building, evaluating and deploying a production AI system inside your environment.

  • Production system and source
  • Evaluation and monitoring suite
  • Hand-over and enablement

Advisory Retainer

Ongoing

Continuous senior input for teams executing their own roadmap, with a fixed monthly allocation and agreed response times.

  • Standing weekly session
  • Architecture and vendor review
  • On-call escalation window

Fractional CTO / CDO

6–12 months

Embedded technical leadership for companies that need the function before they can justify the full-time hire.

  • Technology strategy ownership
  • Team structure and hiring input
  • Board and investor reporting support

/ Standards & governance

The terms under which we work.

These are the questions a careful buyer asks in the second meeting. We would rather answer them in the first.

Intellectual property

Work product created for a client is assigned to that client on final payment. We retain only our pre-existing frameworks and general know-how, stated explicitly in the contract rather than buried in it.

Confidentiality

A mutual NDA is executed before any commercially sensitive material changes hands. Client data is never used to train models shared with other clients.

Data handling

Access is scoped to the minimum required for the engagement, time-bound, and revoked at close. Where personal data is involved, processing terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Delivery cadence

A named engagement lead, a written weekly status, and a scheduled review at every decision gate. No silent weeks.

Independence

We hold no reseller commissions that would bias a platform recommendation. If the honest answer is that you do not need the engagement, we will say so.

Jurisdiction

Valtier Global Private Limited is a company incorporated in India, contracting internationally under written master services agreements.

/ Common questions

The questions we are asked first.

Answered here rather than deflected to a call.

You are a new firm. Why would we take the risk?
Because the risk is bounded by how the work is scoped. Most clients start with a short, fixed-price assessment that ends in a document they own outright. Nothing larger is committed until you have seen how we think.
Who actually does the work?
A named senior lead who is present from the first call through hand-over, supported by the engineers on your engagement. We do not sell one team and staff another.
How does an offshore team work across US and UK hours?
We hold a fixed daily overlap window with your timezone for calls and reviews, agreed before the engagement starts, and a written status every week regardless.
Who owns the code and models?
You do, on final payment. We retain only our pre-existing frameworks and general know-how, stated plainly in the contract.
What happens to our data?
Access is scoped to the minimum required, time-bound and revoked at close. Client data is never used to train models shared with anyone else, and processing terms are agreed in writing first.
Why is there no pricing on this site?
Because a number quoted before the problem is understood is either padded or wrong. We quote a fixed price against a written scope after the first conversation.

Bring us a problem worth solving.

An introductory call is thirty minutes, costs nothing, and ends with a candid view on whether we are the right firm for the work.
