Questions

The questions we would ask in your position.

Including the uncomfortable ones. If something you need to know is missing here, write and ask — we will answer it directly rather than route you to a call.

01

You are a new firm. Why would we take the risk?

Because the risk is bounded by how the work is scoped. Most clients start with a short, fixed-price assessment that ends in a document they own outright. Nothing larger is committed until you have seen how we think.

02

Who actually does the work?

A named senior lead who is present from the first call through hand-over, supported by the engineers on your engagement. We do not sell one team and staff another.

03

How does an offshore team work across US and UK hours?

We hold a fixed daily overlap window with your timezone for calls and reviews, agreed before the engagement starts, and a written status every week regardless.

04

Who owns the code and models?

You do, on final payment. We retain only our pre-existing frameworks and general know-how, stated plainly in the contract.

05

What happens to our data?

Access is scoped to the minimum required, time-bound and revoked at close. Client data is never used to train models shared with anyone else, and processing terms are agreed in writing first.

06

Why is there no pricing on this site?

Because a number quoted before the problem is understood is either padded or wrong. We quote a fixed price against a written scope after the first conversation.

07

How do engagements begin?

With a thirty-minute call, no charge and no obligation. If the work looks right for both sides, we send a written scope and a fixed price before anything is signed.

08

Do you sign our contract or yours?

Either. We work under client master services agreements routinely, and we have our own where a client prefers to use it. A mutual NDA comes first in both cases.

09

Can you work with our existing vendors?

Yes, and often that is the honest answer — an incumbent who already knows your systems may be better placed for part of the work. We hold no reseller commissions, so there is no bias in that advice.

10

Where is the firm based, and where does the work happen?

Valtier Global Private Limited is incorporated in India, and delivery is from India. Client-facing sessions run inside a fixed daily overlap window agreed with your timezone before the engagement starts.
