The firm

A new firm, and entirely direct about it.

Valtier Global Private Limited is an AI engineering and transformation firm incorporated in India, working with companies in the United States and United Kingdom.

/ Mission

What we are here to do.

To make senior AI strategy and production engineering available to companies that are usually priced out of it — with the same rigour, and none of the theatre.

Applied AI is now a leadership question rather than a laboratory one. Our purpose is to help mid-sized companies in the United States and United Kingdom decide what to change, build it properly, and own it afterwards.

/ Position

Where we sit.

The firm was built around a single observation: the companies with the most to gain from applied AI are the ones least well served by the market for it. Global consultancies bring the strategic layer but price and structure their engagements for the largest enterprises. Marketplaces bring cost but no continuity or accountability.

Valtier is deliberately positioned between the two — senior thinking, a named team that stays with the work from diagnosis through hand-over, and an Indian cost base that makes that combination affordable to a mid-sized US or UK company.

Everything we learn in delivery is codified into internal frameworks and tooling, so each engagement starts further along than the last. That compounding is the firm's long-term asset.

/ Founding story

How the firm came about.

Valtier Global began with work done for others — automation and data projects where the engineering was straightforward and the decision-making was not. The pattern repeated: capable companies with real operational problems, no access to senior AI judgement, and quotes from large firms that made the question academic. Valtier was incorporated in India to close that gap deliberately, pairing a senior team with a cost base that makes the engagement viable.

  1. 01

Adoption moved from whether to how

The question in most boardrooms is no longer whether AI matters. It is which processes to change first, what it costs to be wrong, and who is accountable for the answer. That is an advisory problem before it is an engineering one.

  2. 02

The advisory layer is priced out of reach

Serious AI strategy is available to companies that can absorb enterprise consulting fees. Everyone else is left choosing between a contractor and an internal guess. That gap is the firm's reason to exist.

  3. 03

    The build constraint has shifted

Foundation models, managed infrastructure and mature tooling mean a small, senior team can now ship production systems. The scarce input is no longer engineering capacity — it is understanding the customer's problem precisely enough.

/ Values

What we hold to.

Five commitments that decide how we scope, price and hand over work.

01

Say the honest thing first

If a project does not need AI, or does not need us, that is the advice you get. A recommendation we cannot defend in a board meeting is not worth making.

02

Method over mystique

Our process, scoping and decision gates are written down and shared. Nothing about how we work should be a surprise once the engagement starts.

03

Ship into production

A demonstration is not a deliverable. Work is finished when it runs in your environment, is monitored, and someone on your side can operate it.

04

Leave the client independent

Source, documentation and tooling are handed over. We would rather be re-hired on merit than retained through dependency.

05

Seniority on the work

The people you meet are the people who deliver. We do not sell one team and staff another.

/ Stage

What we will not claim.

The firm is new. There is no client roster to display, no revenue history to cite, and no awards page. Any site that shows you those things at this stage would be inventing them.

What we offer instead is a method you can inspect, terms you can hold us to, and a conversation in which we will tell you honestly whether the work suits us. If a first engagement carries more risk for you because we are early, we expect that to be reflected in how it is scoped.

Judge us on the first call.
